Running of the Bays Uses Mobile Finish Line for Multiple Purposes
Road Race Promoters Employ Mobile Finish Line for Multiple Uses
After using balloons and vinyl banners draped across the street, the folks involved with the Running of the Bays decided they wanted to "look like a professional road race." That's when they contacted Landmark Creations.
On their wish list was a tool that would promote their brand, increase media visibility, be customizable for sponsors, and be simple to move from event to event. The perfect solution was an inflatable archway.
The bright blue color stands out (helpful for both marketing and logistics) and is an excellent backdrop for small custom banners that display paid sponsor logos, the event's band or practically any other message. Because this is an inflatable mobile finish line, it deflates quickly, packs up in a snap and is easily transported to other events.
From sporting events to fairs and festivals, Director Mark Wegschied says his favorite benefit of the starting / finish line is "Great press coverage!!"
Truer words have never been spoken.
