Landmarketing Issue 04 - Autumn 2002

Stephanie Meacham

Welcome to Issue 04 of Landmarketing

As the temperatures begin to cool, Landmark Creations is heating up for fall! Sealed inflatables are generating a lot of heat these days, our Holiday Shapes Special offers hot deals, and our new Halloween Flash Game offers some fun in time for Halloween! You'll get details on all three in this issue of Landmarketing.

The entrance of fall means the holidays are right around the corner, I know you'll be gearing up for a heavy promotional season. This means pulling out all the stops to get those coveted Christmas sales! That's why I've spent some extra time to find a few incredible marketing links that you'll want to check out. You'll also want to be sure your inflatable is in top shape. So in this issue, I'll begin a new series of articles on the electrical and hardware aspects of your inflatable you know all the "watts and bolts!"

On a special note: Everyone at Landmark Creations understands that this holiday sales season is vitally important to many of our customers. Please if there is anything we can do to help you end this year with more sales and higher profits, don't hesitate to ask! Phone us toll free at (800) 553-3593.

Calculate Running Cost Of An Inflatable

Wondering how much an inflatable costs to operate? If you know how many cents per kilowatt hour (kWh) you pay for electricity, it's easy to calculate the running cost of your inflatable by multiplying one by the other.

That's all the fun for this issue. Look for Landmarketing to return this winter with more tips, tricks, resources and ideas. Oh! I almost forgot! Did you know there is another Landmark Creations? Who would have thought? Well they have shown up just in time for the holidays, and I encourage you to visit them online at Landmark-Creations.com - They make delightful hand-blown ornaments that are perfect for corporate or client holiday gifts. Tell them Steph from the "other" Landmark sent ya!

Wishing you much success!

Sincerely,

Stephanie Meacham

What Others Say About Landmark Creations

“We knew Landmark was the only company that would be able to understand our vision and work to make it come to life.”

- Lelia King, Charlotte Center City Partners

"Since they were purchased, these Sonic areas have attracted a great deal of attention when using the cup at the store or at special events in the community. [...] You have been excellent to do business with, always letting us know about any special deals and shipping the items quickly so we can start putting them to work. I appreciate your attention to our group of Sonics and for handling your business in a very professional manner, always delivering any information I need when making a decision. Here is a special thanks, with a "cherry on top."

- Mason-Harrison, Jarrard Enterprises

"This year’s event was the highest attended in some time, and the [inflatable] astronaut, front and center on our Portico, was a great visible draw from all over the area."

- Dennis Bateman, Carnegie Science Center

"It was a big success! Customers were stopping to take their pictures with the inflatable pheasant and it helped draw in interstate traffic."

- M. Kettler, Cabela's

"Our tunnel was also a great addition to our pre-game tradition: the Wildcat walk. Our city shuts down three blocks of downtown, and we have hundreds of fans lining the streets with a police escort, while we walk to the stadium."

- Sam Baker, Head Football Coach at Waconia High School

"We are able to directly track customer traffic caused by the boot, so we know the inflatable boot paid for itself within the first year."

- Jerry Kavsh, Renton Western Wear
