Custom Inflatable Mascot Boosts Restaurant Sales
"I just wanted to take a minute to catch you up on the effect of the inflatable chicken (Charlie) that we purchased from Landmark earlier in the year. At all stores that we have posted the inflatable, we have seen an increase in sales of several hundred dollars a day. We typically keep it posted from Friday to the following Sunday (10 days) and in most cases we have seen double digit increases in sales for the week versus the prior year."
