Local Casino Uses Giant RC Blimp to Drop Coupons at Quad City Sporting Events

I just wanted to thank you for the wonderful production of our Steamwheeler Blimp. Now that our operators have gotten a handle on how to fly such a big blimp, it soars through the stadium keeping fans happy with the coupons it drops to the crowd. We were fortunate enough to have The President Casino and Hotel sponsor the blimp.

They drop around 150 coupons a game from the blimp in order to get fans to their boat after the game. These coupons include a free buffet, a five dollar token and buy ten dollars worth of tokens get ten dollars free. They are also excited to have the blimp tethered at the casino during the off-season.

When our owner came to me with the idea of a Steamwheeler blimp, I thought there was no way possible it could look exactly how he wanted it and still fly. The blimp is a crowd favorite as we fly it during pre-game warm-ups, half-time and include it in our pre-game, lights and fireworks introduction.
