Brent remembers, "This was a grand opening install for Play-N-Trade just before Christmas, making it time critical.  The roof was completely ice covered, making the job more difficult than ever as the weather was rain/ice mix with a 30-degree temperature, a wind chill of 0 and winds gusting to 25 miles an hour.  The straps started to freeze, and with the winds, we were unable to get the balloon steady to adjust the straps, so we de-strapped the balloon on site and decided to convert back to ropes.  After we re-roped the balloon, we completed the installation.  We pushed through all the while knowing that the customer was watching through the window, thankful that his grand opening would go off without a hitch and on time."
